Reliance Energy declares qtr Dec 2007 results

Reliance Energy net profit rose 50.03% to Rs 301.60 crore in qtr Dec 2007 as against Rs 201.03 crore in qtr Dec 2006. Sales declined 1.84% to Rs 1505.49 crore in qtr Dec 2007 as against Rs 1533.69 crore in qtr Dec 2006.

Reliance Industries rose 188.64% to Rs 8079.00 crore in qtr Dec 2007 as against Rs 2799.00 crore in qtr Dec 2006. Sales rose 30.67% to Rs 34590.00 crore in qtr Dec 2007 as against Rs 26472.00 crore in qtr Dec 2006.

Maruti Udyog announces July 2007 Auto sales Numbers

Maruti Udyog Ltd has announced that the Company sold 52,839 vehicles in the domestic market in July 2007 compared to 44,653 vehicles in the domestic market in July 2006.
Total Sales number for July 2007
In all, the Company sold 57,909 vehicles in July 2007. This includes 5,070 units of exports.Compared to the sales in July 2006, the Company's volume in the domestic A2 segment grew by 18.5 per cent, in A3 by 105.1 per cent and in C segment by 4.6 per cent.
