Simplex Projects IPO opening on Juy 10th 2007

Simplex Projects Ltd, an ISO 9001-2000 certified construction company, engaged in integrated engineering, procurement and construction services including specialized pile driving, is coming out with an IPO on July 10th 2007 , for 30 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10, the price brand of Rs 170-185 per equity share.Issue Date - July 10th to 13th 2007Financial sTotal income was up from Rs 41.82 crore in FY-03 to 136.24 crore in March 2007 and Net profit of Rs 10.49 crore in the FY-07.
